Very disappointed in the service my fiancé received on 10/18. This is the usual location and today had his haircut by someone who has never cut his hair before nor have we seen her before. We have our engagement pictures on Monday 10/23 and he looks like a drill Sergeant, his hair is buzzed off which is not what we go for at all nor is that what he wanted!!! Extremely disappointed in the service he received and am not looking forward to engagement pictures now as most of his hair is gone!
Had a great experience. Got in pretty quick . Was very pleased with my hair cut. The lady who I can’t remember her name . Was very pleasant and professional.
My daughter went here to get two inches cut off, and the lady took one inch off. Daughter said a little more and then she took off way too much. Also my daughter told her she didn't want layers when asked and the lady did it anyways. She was rough and not gentle or pleasant at all with my daughter. Won't ever go back to this location.

The staff has very good attitudes fir their job. They explain what and how they are working with your hair. Then show you how you need to do it. Great lips is the only place I go to get my hair done. GOD bless you all.
ANNABELLE, (2828 S 3RD ST) she just gavee the best hair style I have had in 20 years!! She gave me a Razor cut , textured "messy" bob. I showed her a pic of what I wanted. She did exactly that, and I Love it!! So if you need volume, please, go see the Razor cut, texturizing Queen, Miss ANNABELLE! Thanks girl!
I love the great clips on fort harrison and the one down south by Walmart. But today i went to the one on 3rd by goodwill and it was bad. The lady didnt tell us that she didnt know how to do a fade until my son was almost hairless. He was crying when we got home. It looked like she put a bowl on his head sideways. The pic dont look bad but when it dried it fluffed up like a mushroom. And there was some bald patches in between. I've never had an issue before and have used them for years. But this time it was horrible she should of been up front about her abilities. Now hopefully he dont get bullied about his hair at school.
